Pathway To Teaching provides experienced professionals with a Bachelor’s degree in other fields with the means to earn a North Carolina Teaching License through the College of Education at UNC Charlotte.

The program includes two levels of study for mid-career or retiring professionals:

- A Graduate Certificate which leads to licensure in the state of North Carolina, as well as course work that counts toward the Master of Arts in Teaching
- A Master of Arts in Teaching Degree
